The signs of problems down the road, a possible heart attack, an eyeshot near diabetes, and a risk of potential cancers scares the living crap out of me.
Nothing pushed me over the edge this week, until for some reason, I felt some pain shooting down my left arm, a possible indicator of heart health issues that could lead to the very possible case of myocardial infarction, AKA: A HEART ATTACK!
With some sweeping changes to my lifestyle with business and life in general, I need to make some changes pronto. If I don’t make these changes, 2009 might just be my endgame, and I do not want that.
I have proposed an idea that would drastically reduce my dietary intake, split out the meals to four instead of the usual three meals a day, and add two daily protein shakes.
I also need to wrap up the addiction to caffeine. This is probably one of the leading causes of the heart issues I might be facing if this addiction is not culled soon. I would like to drink some more water and possibly stick strictly to just water consumption for hydration purposes.
I have, the following for you to read on the diet pattern that I am about to follow. The Coffee Cup Diet is one that I am about to follow. You can download it here – the-coffee-cup-diet free download
Good morning and welcome to another week of blogging the good things in life! First of all, I would like to tell you, that yes, I did delay going to the gym until this week, but one good thing, with cutting out the caffeine, and eating a bit less did some good for me!
I lost 6 pounds! So I start from 335 to 329! So, 129 pounds more to the goal of 200!
So, what is the game plan with eating and dieting? I will give you a first day insight!
Breakfast: 4 hard boiled egg whites and Water:
Lunch: half Can of Tuna or 3 oz of chicken breast. Salad mix, and light vinagrette
Dinner: Roasted Chicken, green veggie and brown rice or light starch
Snack: Popcorn
That will be the day one method. Look, there is no soda, no junk, no McDonalds, no late night Caffeine runs to Shoprite or Wawa. Just Water!!!!
Of Course I will be working out as well since I just joined the gym, I will shoot for 20 minutes of Cardio, and I will run the rack on the upper body muscle groups.
Now that I have given up caffeine, and reducing the sugars, I have now felt way better, more stride in my step and feeling better and more confident! I will ask you, to give up caffeine for a few days. The reason why I would want you to, is because you might just feel a bit different in a more positive end. I know as a programmer or a hardcore office junkie, is it damn near difficult to do so. But be persistent, fight well over the caffeine withdrawal headaches, and maybe you will feel better!
Now it is time to kick out the jam motherfuckers! Push yourself to the next tier!!!
