Good morning and how is everything doing this fine Monday?

For a while I fell into a really bad slump and didn’t think that I was going to pull through this one. All of the blogging for my internet marketing and forex/personal blogs have fallen flat on it’s ass rendering everything nearly dead. Sucks when your mind think negative thoughts and feels like you cannot proceed any further.

Well, now it is time to change things around. I have gotten ahold of my balls and my emotions and now I have to be a bit more fierce and certain of what I want out of life. And to a resounding hell yes, I want to lose weight. I cannot afford to have this weight on me anymore. It is going to fucking kill me at this point.

As of right now, it is around 1:30 in the morning as I am writing this blog. The gym opens at 6am. Since I am having issues trying to get to bed at a normal time, the best thing I can do for right now, is at least try to get myself into the gym and exercise, to get the bloodflow and my mind in the right direction.

Have you ever had a situation where you thought everything just dead stopped and that you just didn’t feel worthwhile? I am sure you have. If not in the weight loss end, it could be another facet, rather it is family, career, whatever situation it is!

I would love to hear from you! Have an awesome day and keep thinking about the end result and do not stop!!!!

Good morning and welcome to another week of blogging the good things in life! First of all, I would like to tell you, that yes, I did delay going to the gym until this week, but one good thing, with cutting out the caffeine, and eating a bit less did some good for me!

I lost 6 pounds! So I start from 335 to 329! So, 129 pounds more to the goal of 200!

So, what is the game plan with eating and dieting? I will give you a first day insight!

Breakfast: 4 hard boiled egg whites and Water:
Lunch: half Can of Tuna or 3 oz of chicken breast. Salad mix, and light vinagrette
Dinner: Roasted Chicken, green veggie and brown rice or light starch
Snack: Popcorn

That will be the day one method. Look, there is no soda, no junk, no McDonalds, no late night Caffeine runs to Shoprite or Wawa. Just Water!!!!

Of Course I will be working out as well since I just joined the gym, I will shoot for 20 minutes of Cardio, and I will run the rack on the upper body muscle groups.

Now that I have given up caffeine, and reducing the sugars, I have now felt way better, more stride in my step and feeling better and more confident! I will ask you, to give up caffeine for a few days. The reason why I would want you to, is because you might just feel a bit different in a more positive end. I know as a programmer or a hardcore office junkie, is it damn near difficult to do so. But be persistent, fight well over the caffeine withdrawal headaches, and maybe you will feel better!

Now it is time to kick out the jam motherfuckers! Push yourself to the next tier!!!

Signing off!

What is the ideal diet?

Because the individual has not a one-size-fits-all nutrition requirement, due to varying anatomical differences, not everybody is going to succeed eating from the same diet.

Some folks would need to have a certain level of this, and a certain level of that in calories and nutrients to keep the body going. For example, a male who is 6 foot 2 inches, has a way different different requirement, than a female who is 5 foot 3 inches. This doesn’t also use height as a differentiating factor, but also weight, muscularity, health conditions, and for sure a vast amount of points to consider when picking a certain diet.

What is the best possible diet for you in order to lose weight? Obviously across the board, you should cut out as much sugars and fats, but also look out for trans fats and cholesterols too. Eat a well balanced diet with enough protein, a balanced load of carbs, and a neccessary level of fats (Fats are all not bad as some are neccessary!)

Proteins: For those who are building up muscle, I would say have 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. If you are bodybuilding, you know the importance of assimilating high, lean amounts of fish, chicken, and lean beef. If you are just maintaining weight, I would stick with 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.

Vegetables and Fruits: If you are in contest mode, for bodybuilding, limit these to a few daily servings for fat cutting, but in a normal healthy diet intake, have about 4-8 servings a day.

Starches and waste Carbs: Keep these to a minimum, but do not completely eliminate them, unless you are having a cheat day, which should be on a rest day, only one day a week!

Cheat day: Reserve for one day a week!

But, this is a cardboard rendering of what my diet is going to be, once the motivation kicks into high gear and everything else falls into place. I would strongly recommend for you to speak to a nutritionist, a dietician, or a personal trainer before eating any certain type of diet, as i mentioned earlier, not one single diet is for everybody!

Welcome to a brand new week at iliveinsuccess.com and a new post with Weight Loss Monday…

When people ask me what is the most important thing, when it comes to setting goals and being the best that can possibly be at internet marketing, I tell them, first and foremost it is your attitude and mindset.

Without the proper mindset and a divine attitude to follow behind it, you might as well drop what you are doing, and forget about the goal that you want to achieve. You might as well sit in your automobile, try to start the motor while there is no gas in the tank. You are not moving anywhere at all, the case being similar to not having a great positive mindset and a driving attitude to succeed.

Well, the mindset/attitude issue carries across the board here. It is not just about internet market, as it’s for anything that you are trying to accomplish. So this article applies well in the case of weight loss.

For example, if you do not have the great mindset and attitude, the diet that you have started, or the exercise regimen that you have started following, will end abruptly and faster than you can say depressing. Being overweight myself, and wanting to lose the weight, I realize as of right now, I do not carry the proper mindset, and the attitude really sucks. Maybe it is because I have all of my energies with blogging and internet marketing?  I dunno, but I think soon with the scare of diabetes possibly coming around (noted on last weeks “The Scare of Diabetes”), I think the internet marketing and blogging is going to have to make room on the mindset plate.

So, what have I used for building up a mindset in other assets of life, such as marketing and reaching other goals? Here are the first few steps to get into.

1. Are you depressed or in a negative situation. These issues usually take dominance and really wear the crap out of you. Find out what the source of the situation is, and get rid of it like a bad habit. If needed,I would recommend seeking professional help if the problem seems too big for you to handle. Do not be ashamed if the situation warrants helps on the professional level, as people understand. And if they don’t, maybe it’s time to part ways with them or tell them that things will have to change somewhat!

2. Inspiration. Comes in many different forms. For some, it’s going to some house of worship, singing and praying, and feeling at home with their supreme being. Or for some, it’s watching videos on you tube on how people have struggled with weight loss, and managed to lose and keep the weight off. Maybe, it’s a good book, or listening to some good music.

3. Reach out! Join a good support group for your situation, and maybe pickup a new hobby, as it’s a great way to find people on a common level, which makes it easy to make friends.

4. Tell negativity to go “Fuck Off”! I apologize for using such vulgar language, but sometimes, the negativity needs to be sent off in such a crude manner, but maybe it’s the best way to get things off of you and get into the new “you”!

More tips to come as I write more articles, but think of new ones as well! Let me know what your struggle has been with weight loss! Send me some comments, as I love them and I love replying to them as well!

Wishing you the best of luck each and everyday,

Tom Howell
