You know what?

Diets are getting boiled to a science. Everybody and their cousin is trying to get some type of hi tech diet thing going on here, rather it is some fancy schmancy tubular metal ab machine or a magic pill, which doesn’t do more then spend our money!

So, I decided to design a diet that fat people will just have to live with. It is called the Coffee Cup Diet. What the coffee cup diet is all about is portion sizing and meal timing.

Instead of sitting down to 3 big ass meals, you will have 6 smaller meals, which consist of 4 16oz. coffee cup sized meals and two whey protein shakes which will replace two meals.

I have nothing to sell you, just some good information passed down from a fellow fat person who is tired of fad diets and seriously wants to tell you that the very first reason why you were overweight to begin with.

We all overate, and now because of this, we are overweight. Now we must push ourselves to reverse this order, and do it diligently and proactively.
