So many of you are probably wondering why I haven’t posted a Weight Loss Monday in a while.
Honestly, I haven’t found a solid purpose outside of the health issue to really lose weight. Call it a depression issue for sure, but really I haven’t been feeling the top of my game.
Usually the top reason for losing weight in my history of losing weight, is on a social level. If I am in an isolated job or career (i.e. internet marketing or freelance programming) where I spend hours making money without the contact of other human beings, the incentive of taking care of my health seems to be not important.
For some people, it may be way different.
I have been fighting some level of depression, and it seems that the only way to knock it the fuck out of my system, is somehow reaching out to the public in one way or another, in a positive light.
Life is short, but a long journey for sure. It takes time to find the perfect reasons for being. Some seem to find it easily, while some spend their whole entire lifetime with trial and error. It is perfectly ok, and life is all about adventure!!!
