What is the ideal diet?

Because the individual has not a one-size-fits-all nutrition requirement, due to varying anatomical differences, not everybody is going to succeed eating from the same diet.

Some folks would need to have a certain level of this, and a certain level of that in calories and nutrients to keep the body going. For example, a male who is 6 foot 2 inches, has a way different different requirement, than a female who is 5 foot 3 inches. This doesn’t also use height as a differentiating factor, but also weight, muscularity, health conditions, and for sure a vast amount of points to consider when picking a certain diet.

What is the best possible diet for you in order to lose weight? Obviously across the board, you should cut out as much sugars and fats, but also look out for trans fats and cholesterols too. Eat a well balanced diet with enough protein, a balanced load of carbs, and a neccessary level of fats (Fats are all not bad as some are neccessary!)

Proteins: For those who are building up muscle, I would say have 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. If you are bodybuilding, you know the importance of assimilating high, lean amounts of fish, chicken, and lean beef. If you are just maintaining weight, I would stick with 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.

Vegetables and Fruits: If you are in contest mode, for bodybuilding, limit these to a few daily servings for fat cutting, but in a normal healthy diet intake, have about 4-8 servings a day.

Starches and waste Carbs: Keep these to a minimum, but do not completely eliminate them, unless you are having a cheat day, which should be on a rest day, only one day a week!

Cheat day: Reserve for one day a week!

But, this is a cardboard rendering of what my diet is going to be, once the motivation kicks into high gear and everything else falls into place. I would strongly recommend for you to speak to a nutritionist, a dietician, or a personal trainer before eating any certain type of diet, as i mentioned earlier, not one single diet is for everybody!
