After taking a week and doing a shitload of thinking along with a success path in internet marketing is melding perfectly, I needed to take care of the weight issue, and go on with the rest of my life. Besides the two remaining website clients that I have which are on hold on their reason, I am now going full bore with internet marketing, and now since the financial and mental game is starting to push more towards my court (THANK GOD, ITS ABOUT FUCKING TIME!!!) I need to really take care of my health and improve on many different things within such.

An unexpected check from the affiliate marketing gods showed up on my doorstep and the amount is just enough to get me in the gym around the corner. So what to do now?

Firstly, I need to realize that with getting a gym membership, that there is some perpetual change that has got to occur. It is more like two percent physical and ninety-eight percent psychological, but I need to come up with a realistic weight loss plan and more importantly, a mind plan. I am just getting sick and fucking tired of living as some sad fatass just doing internet marketing.

I want to be a healthy individual who does internet marketing. The great thing with internet marketing is, that i can go anywhere in the WORLD, and do my job, and make money. If my physical shape and overall health blow, I might as well be in a wheelchair eating donuts all day. So, I have slated that change must occur.

With the diabetes possibility (No, I didn’t go to a doctor yet.) No time like the present couldn’t be better for this change. We are though starting wednesday on this.

The changes that must occur, and I have set a dead line and policies stricter than government specification on this. I must eat at a certain time, live at certain other times, and kick myself in the ass at the gym at least once a day 6 days a week.

WE are going to do 30 minutes of cardio a day and 3 of those days being lifting days. The cardio days are going to be HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training, and the lifting will not be anything less.)

I will keep you posted on workouts and also post a SPECIAL post on Wednesday on startup and everything else. I might even bother my cousin for another blood sugar test strip just to keep telemetry on glucose levels.

KICK ASS FOLKS!!! See you on Wednesday when this battle starts!!!
